About Don

A five-time entrepreneur, Don spent 25 years researching the employee and customer experiences, the attributes of great leadership, and how healthy organizational cultures are created and sustained. Now, Don travels the world to interview geniuses about the trends shaping the way we live and work. From AI to biotechnology, aging to addiction, cybersecurity to privacy, and climate change to trust, Don uses these insights to help business leaders better understand what these trends are, how they are positioned to disrupt companies and industries, and how new value can be created for those willing to make the necessary changes.

Don has spoken at associations and company events all over the United States as well as internationally in countries like Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Mexico, and Canada.

Don is an avid traveler who has spent time in more than 70 countries, all 50 US states, and will soon visit his seventh continent. When he is not traveling to meet new people for the 12 Geniuses podcast, he is volunteering to help build the “leaders of tomorrow” through the Inner City Ducks or spending time with his family.
